Construction noise even after midnight!

New buildings are sprouting in Navi Mumbai and the result is non-stop construction noise. I understand we must bear with it for the development of the satellite city. But as much as I have heard of, construction noise is permitted until 7 pm or so.

But here in Koparkhairane, I think noise after midnight is 'granted'. We have 2 plots near our building.Though the building construction noise of one building stops after evening, a latest development has happened in another plot. Some huge dumping of mud (or whatever the term is, I would not know) is taking place and there are these two trucks and this leveling machine that make noise throughout the day and even after 12 am in the night!
